As a Business Analyst at BVI Networks, you will actively support the sales and marketing teams within BVI, as well as work with external stakeholders such as our customers and our investors. Job responsibilities include:
- Developing reports, presentations and models to assist strategic decision making by senior management
- Performing comprehensive performance and forecasting analysis of various parts of the business
- Support the BVI sales team with product presentations, and by acting as an inside sales associate when necessary
- Work closely with our PR firm and help craft press releases and assist in other publicity efforts, including keeping the bvinetworks.com website updated
- Assist the marketing team by keeping up-to-date with competitors and the market, and writing whitepapers on market trends and our technology
- Co-ordinate efforts between the sales & marketing, and the engineering teams and help in refining the long-term product strategy
You will require the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent modeling and presentation skills; comfort with Excel and Powerpoint is a must
- Demonstrated ability and a strong track record in supporting a sales and/or marketing business unit, ideally in a startup environment
- Be self-motivated, and always willing to take initiative and go the extra mile
- BBA or MBA is a plus
